A few days ago I posted a review that I am now deeply embarrassed over and just removed. Yes... we did not get off to a great start and it ticked me off. THEN...they stepped up. Robert showed up on time. He fixed the issue and was very polite. I needed the drain fixed and it was done fast and for a reasonable price. I will use them again if needed. It was a same day appointment before the weekend too.

About mid-morning on last Thursday I called One Hour Rooter to have our clogged floor drain unplugged. They arrived promptly. However, not only was the drain clogged but the cast iron drain was completely corroded & needed to be replaced with PVC. We were quoted a price & given a senior discount! Another crew showed up about 2 hours later & did the replacement. So everything was completed in an afternoon! This may sound silly but I was also impressed with their clean, shiny vans!

Ray arrived quickly and was very friendly. He kept me informed of all that he was doing. The job was nasty and he got it done right! I would recommend him to family and friends.

GREAT company . Very well at understanding issue I had with water backing up and solved it . At first I thought it was high but after calling other company's they turned out VERY reasonably well priced. Now I'm no longer having drain issues . Thanks to there professional team. I will call again in future for more work !!

He was very nice loved my pets and did a wonderful job fixing my drains. (Be warned don't put roast beef in the garbage disposal) they will be back tomorrow to fix the trap under the laundry tub. I'd call him out if I need help in the future.

Recently used these guys to jet out my main line. The receptionist lady was very nice and out going. They had no issue working around my schedule being that I work late. The sewer technician they sent out was very nice, professional, clean, and informative. He even helped me move my new kitchen table inside being that I have a bad back. I believe his name was Jordan or jerry. All in all they came in completed the job in a timely manner, fairly priced compared to other shops I called and on top of it I have a warranty. I Have a handful of rental properties as well and I will be a loyal customer. Thanks one hour rooter!

The service and workmanship was first class from beginning to end. I had a backed up drain pipe. Rob came an hour after I called and diagnosed the problem. That afternoon Ben came to replace the corroded pipe. Ben dug into the floor, removed the old and put in the new. He was careful to remove all the damaged pipe and connect the new pipe to strong pipe in the system. Finally he concreted over hole and made it flush with the floor. Ben did an excellent job. I recommend One Hour Rooted with full confidence.

We'll this was a first for me and my new found plumber friend. I flushed some old homemade soup down the toilet yesterday clogging it. One Our Rooter was able to come first thing this morning to my rescue. It's a new expensive toilet and Justin was very concerned about not marring the inside trying to auger it. So we made the decision to pull it instead. More work for him, but he made no bones about it. He worked really hard and finally the piece of chicken I thought was in there came out in the form of a short ear of corn. He was polite, careful and determined and did a tremendous job of fixing my toilet. I will recommend One Hour Rooter and have them back when I need a plumber again. Thank you!!!
