SEAMLESS SEWER LINING

Our Seamless Sewer Lining is Installed Without Digging Up Your Yard!

We feature an epoxy drain lining system as an alternative to traditional drain line repairs. Drain lining or trenchless sewer repair means less time, no digging, and long-lasting affordable results.

Imagine being able to restore a damaged drain line under your house, business or in your yard without any destruction. Our lining system creates a new pipe inside of the old pipe. Now we can make a permanent repair for root intrusions, calcification and pipe offsets from earth movements, without the destruction from digging up your house or precious landscaping.

How Trenchless Sewer Repair Works

Seamless Sewer Lining - Before & After

First, we use our state-of-the-art sewer inspection camera to evaluate the drain system and properly diagnose the problems and then present you with all options you have for a permanent solution. Next, if we determine that a drain lining is the best course of action for your system, we will use a series of specialized tools to restore the sewer line to its original diameter. Then, we insert a felt liner that is saturated with an epoxy mixture into the exact location needed to make the pipe repair. The liner (or bladder) is inflated, creating a pipe inside of a pipe. Once the epoxy is cured, the bladder is removed and your new pipe is ready to use.

Finally, we use our sewer inspection cameras to ensure a high quality finish pipe repair. Residents have chosen us for years because of our thoroughness and high quality results.

Trenchless Sewer Relining Process

Homeowners often wonder how we can reach a broken pipe underneath the ground without having to make a total mess of their landscaping. Well, the simple answer is that we have special high-tech equipment that allows us to put a camera down into the pipe so we can see exactly where the damage has occurred. Once we know where the break is we then get to work setting up our equipment.

The liner then bonds to the existing pipe and hardens into place so your sewer can flow smoothly again. Trenchless pipe lining lasts over fifty plus years and repairs can be made anywhere in the sewer line without digging in most cases. This keeps the cost to the consumer low because there is no mess or landscape to repair after the sewer repair. Sewer pipe lining increases flow capacity and our no dig approach saves time and money. No matter what material your sewer is made of, our cured in place pipe lining method can be used to repair any type including clay, cast iron, ABS, ductile iron and concrete.
