Dear Friends & Valued Customers,

We share in your growing concern over the health and safety of your home and family as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve. Many of us have been asked to isolate ourselves and practice social distancing but plumbing and drain issues don’t seem to be stopped by the current health crisis.

As such, we remain fully committed to serving our community. We understand you may be hesitant to invite anyone into your home during this uncertain time, so we want to assure you that we are taking additional steps to help protect our employees, customers & their families.

As we continue to monitor the situation very closely, we are following CDC guidelines and recommendations from qualified healthcare professionals. As part of this process, we have implemented the following precautionary measures:

  • We will be closely monitoring the health and wellness of each of our employees. Employee exhibiting any signs of illness, however minor they may seem, will sent home and asked to seek medical attention for any symptoms of the coronavirus before returning to work.
  • Crews have been supplied with hand sanitizer to use before and after each job and will be wearing gloves and face masks when they come to your door.
  • Our technicians will put on shoe covers and put down runners to ensure your home stays clean.
  • We are sanitizing tools, cell phones and common touch points in our service vehicles such as door handles, steering wheels and the center console in between jobs.

Although we are all doing our part to slow the spread of this virus, the world has not stopped and many of you are still in need of our services. We are doing everything we can to remain open so that we can continue to safely serve you.
